Reporting a Claim
Our knowledgeable, trained staff are here to serve you Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Contact us at 616-454-0800 during regular business hours to report a claim.
For after hours claims emergencies you can speak to one of our agents by calling 616-454-0800 and pressing 2. In the message you will be instructed to press 1 to access our claims call center. There will be 8 seconds of silence before your call is transferred. You will be asked for your name and phone number. Our goal is to return your call within 10 minutes.
You may also contact the insurance companies directly 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for immediate assistance with your claim should you be unable to reach us.
