When there were no suitable marketplace solutions available, OVD made the bold decision to build its own, and Rebekah played a key role in developing the software and successfully obtaining IRS approval to file ACA reporting on behalf of their clients. This experience, though a steep learning curve, became one of her proudest accomplishments.

In 2017, with her children growing older and more independent, Rebekah decided to take a leap into sales, a role she had never previously pursued. OVD's leadership trusted her to make this transition, and the move paid off. Over the years, she moved from a sales position to Director of Employee Benefits and, in 2024, became a Managing Partner.
